East Hants District Council
Village Parking & Traffic Survey
Over the next few weeks East Hants District Council (EHDC) will be conducting parking and traffic surveys in and around the village.
These surveys will monitor all the resident and visitor parking along with the traffic in and around the village, this will equip EHDC with the relevant information to review and address the current parking issues.
Some residents may have noticed an employee of EHDC yesterday performing the first survey, notice is not given regarding these surveys as this could potentially change the results and the surveys will be carried at various times during the day and evening.
All Council workers will be happy to show their East Hants credentials if asked.
Please note that no scheme will go ahead without a full consultation with the residents.
