SUNDAY 12TH NOVEMBER
Remembrance service at 10.55am at the village hall in Chawton.
Please come along to the service on Sunday to remember all those in the village that gave their lives for us in both world wars and also in other conflicts around the world since.
The service starts outside where we read the names on the 2 memorials at the village hall and join in a minute’s silence. The service then moves into the hall for a short service of hymns and readings.
The service is for the whole village to join in and the wreath that is laid is also on behalf of the village, so it would be lovely to see you at the village hall on Sunday.
